Documentation
Keep this public and boring. High-stakes teams don't need theatre — they need a clear model of how the record is assembled.
How it works
1) Ingest
Upload documents and records from the systems that normally fragment the story: emails, exported chat threads, contracts, board materials, data rooms, PDFs, spreadsheets.
2) Chronology
Evidence is placed into time order. The chronology is the spine: it makes gaps visible, aligns competing records, and prevents "final versions" from hiding earlier warnings.
3) Search
Search the record without rewriting it. The goal is retrieval and navigation, not interpretation. You remain responsible for judgement.
4) Export
Produce a defensible output when needed: a timeline for counsel, an investment committee pack, or an audit-ready record of what was verified and when.
Security
Risk Panorama is designed for environments where defensibility matters. Security is treated as a foundation, not a feature.
- Tenant isolation: your record is not co-mingled with other organisations.
- Access controls: role-based access patterns can be applied for teams.
- Auditability: provenance is preserved from ingest to export.
(Replace this section with your exact controls once the backend is wired: encryption at rest, key management, retention, access logs.)
Privacy
Privacy follows from the same principle as defensibility: the system should not invent, infer, or leak. It should preserve the record.
- Uploaded evidence remains within your organisation's workspace.
- Exports are created on request and can be retained or removed according to policy.
Terms
Risk Panorama is a tool for assembling evidence into chronology. It does not provide legal advice, accounting advice, or automated judgement.
(Replace with your final terms page when ready. This placeholder exists for trust and SEO completeness.)
